Josh Hiznay, a Poland native, graduated from Youngstown State University in 2006 and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Akron law school in 2009. After graduating from law school, Josh joined 1st Title as well as established his own law practice helping clients with a wide range of legal issues. In recent years, his practices focuses on real estate, probate and estate planning matters.

Josh has been a board member of the Mahoning Valley Young Professionals, a board member of the Boardman Community Foundation and the president of the Youngstown State University Scholar Alumni group. Josh lives in Poland area with his wife, son, and daughter.
