1st Title Escrow and Land Title Agency was started in 2004 by Attorney Anthony Gemma, a local attorney in the Boardman area with more than 30 years of experience in the real estate and title business. Attorney Josh Hiznay, a Poland native, joined 1st Title in 2009 after graduating from law school.
